NSE India VIX ( is a volatility index based on the NIFTY index option prices ) fell 2.13% to 21.89. Nifty June 2022 futures
were at 15,742, a premium of 9.9 points compared with the Nifty's closing of
15,732.10 in the cash market. Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures
& options (F&O) segment was Rs 71.41 lakh crore compared with Rs 62.61
lakh crore reported in the previous session.
The NSE's India VIX, a gauge of the market's expectation of
volatility over the near term, fell 2.13% to 21.89. Reliance Industries,
Infosys and Adani Enterprises were the top traded individual stock futures
contracts in the F&O segment( F&O contracts will expire on 30 June
2022)
