US recession fears to hit India Inc's foriegn M&As

•  June quarter of the current year had a great start, with $100 million transactions , acquisitions, by Indian companies overseas are expected to to slow down due to recession in the US 
• In June quarter, according to statistics, I dia has sogned 807 tranaactions worth $100 billion, which was 3 times higher than $30 billion.
• The deals would've been 40% higher. but the $57 billion merger between HDFC bank and housing finance firm HDFC announced this year in April led increased acquisition activity.
