Tata motors has signed an agreement with Blusmart Mobility for delivering 10,000 Xpres- T electric vehicles. This is the biggest ever EV fleet order in India.
The value of the order is estimated to be around ₹1,058 crore.
Blusmart is a fully electric ride-hailing service firm in India. It is planning to expand expand across Delhi-NCR and metro cities with $50 million series A fund raise.
Tata motors controlled 87% of EV market in the passenger vehicle segment at the end of 2021-22.
