Delhivery has come up with the same day delivery services to 15 cities across India. They have focused to build customer loyalty, customer experience and improving brand's margin. Delhivery is now trying to focus on fast moving stock keeping units (SKU) kept in warehouses. Initially Delhivery was a food serving service somewhat similar to Swiggy, Zomato and other FBO's. Later on they expanded their business into logistics which turned out to be a success. Kapil Bharati and Suraj Saharan, the co-founders of Delhivery had recently started initial public offerings.
Delhivery has been recorded to have fulfilled over 1.4 billion shipment since inspection. The company works with over 23,600 customers including large and small e-commerce participants, SME's, other enterprises and brands. It has got ties with Amazon, Flipkart, Xiaomi, Zara, appliance manufacturers and automakers. Delhivery showed a loss of Rs119.68 crores as on Q4FY22, which is slightly higher than the loss reported in the same period of the last fiscal.
